1.Name of Project Laser processing set & techniques of Yanshan University Industrial Group 2.Content of Project This project is to build a enterprise producing laser processing set and techniques for mechanical manufacturing industries, including mechanism for automobile, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum industry. The main content is as blow: 1)Producing
laser processing sets, consisting of 1000~10000W transversal flow Co2 lasers and
machine tools for laser quenching, surface alloying, cladding,
non-crystallization on metal surface, and concerned processing techs. 2) Producing 2000W axial flow type Co2 laser combined with cutting machine tool. Taking out some key know-how in laser power supply and blower, which will make the laser cutting sets reach worldwide advanced level, and substitute the imported sets. 3) Producing 3000W Co2 laser combined with welding machine tool. 4)
Cooperating with White Russia,
importing its advanced diode laser and solid state laser technique, producing
mid-power laser surface treatment sets laser-frilling sets, laser sculpting and
modeling sets. 5)
Importing advanced RF excited
Co2 Lars from overseas, researching and absorbing its technology for supporting
domestic new generation of laser processing apparatus. Within 5 years this project will reach annual production of 50 sets, the sales income will reach 75 million Yuan RMB, profit plus taxes will be 30 million yuan RMB.
3. Investment and Estimate:
All the investment will be 7.23 million USD, including capital construction investment of 1 million USD, equipment investment of 2.54 million USD, floating capital of 3.01 million USD, other 0.66 million USD. 4. Market Analysis
Although
the research and application of Lars processing technology in our country has
had a history near to 20 years, the work was in a lab research level in 80s'. In
90s', the industrial application began gradually, mainly in the automobile
maintaining industry featured with low productivity. The application of laser
processing technology in product line and high productive industry is just in
recent years. Expert point out that the need for laser processing apparatus has
shown a tendency of rapid increasing, and is in the rising period of the normal
school of market need. An accelerating development of Lars processing industry
is estimated, which has three features: domestic equipment, product line
equipped, processing with high adding value. Recent
year the annual need for the laser processing apparatus for cutting, welding and
surface treatment in our country is about 90 set. It is estimated that the need
will increase up to 200 set in five years. One
of the most important factor which restrains the application and extending of
laser processing technology in our country is that the manufacturers of Lars
processing apparatus are separated with the research units which produce
processing techs, Yanshan University will bring into playing its advantage in
material research and in integrative phonics, mechanism and electronics,
promote sale by carrying out integrative sale of the apparatus and
processing techs, heighten technical property of the products in order to reach
the standard of the imported products, impel the products into international
markets. 5. Analysis of Economic Benefit: The
construction period of the project will be 1 year. It is estimated that 75
million yuan of annual sale income will be reached within 5 years, and annual
profit will be 21 million yuan. The investment profit ration will be 35%, IRR
will be 29%, and investment pay off period will be 3 years. 6. Current Condition of the Chinese Partner The
industrial Group of Yanshan University is the first constructed university 's
industrial group among the universities in Hebei Prov. Relying on the high &
new techs of Yanshan University and through 10-year hard working, now a
industrial group company has been formed, which has 11 enterprises. At
the end of 1998, the Industry Group of Yanshan University originated High-tech
garden of Yanshan University, planning to invest 30 million USD totally, and to
reach a production of 30 million USD and sale's profit of 1230 million USD. The
construction of the High-tech garden is completed now with the total
