    8.Profile of the project: Purchase or manufacture a luxury ship that is 60m 
long, 18m wide with a speed of 20km/h and an average draught of 1.8m. It is 
equipped with 10 cabins of staterooms first-class and second-class cabins 
respectively, a multi-function hall, a gymnasium, an open-air dancing hall and 
other auxiliary facilities. It can contain 600guests. It combines entertainment, 
tourism and pleasure into one system. The short-term shipping route is from 
Port of Qinhuangdao to Beidaihe dock; and the long-range ship route is from 
Beidaihe dock to Changli Golden Coastline or Laolongtou of Shanhaiguan.

    10.A brief introduction of Chinese party: Qinhuangdao Marine Tourism 
Company is affiliated to Qinhuangdao Tourism Bureau. It owns 20 million 
RMB of fixed assets. There are over 100 persons working for the Company, 
80% of them are college graduates. The annual profit is more than 5 million 
RMB in recent years. The Company is an excellent enterprise in the tourist 
industry.
