    Qinhuangdao  Qinguan  Radian   Mirror  Co., Ltd  is  a  high-tech 
enterprise jointly cooperated with foreign investors, specializing in 
the  production  of  automobile  mirror,  motorcycle  mirror,  radian 
mirror  plate,  white  glass  stained  plate(blue/yellow),  dizziness 
prevention  prism ,  glass  coat  and  cut  processing.  The  general 
assets  of  the  company  reached  RMB15.35million  by  the  end   of 
year  2000,  actual  capital is RMB7.62million. The company possesses 
a much stronger economic power.

Automobile  Making  Co.,  Ltd. ,  Shenyang  Jingbei  Bus  Producing 
Co., Ltd.,  Sanjiang Renault Automobile producing Co.,  Ltd., Anhui 
Zhongying Yangzi Automobile Producing Co.,  Ltd..  Jinbei  exterior 
rear-view developed   by  our  company  was  regarded  as  national 
new product in year 1996, Jinbei electric rear-view mirror, interior 
rear-view of dizziness prevention with  wide angle  was regarded as 
Hebei provincial new products. Especially interior rear-view mirror 
of  dizziness   prevention  with  wide  angle  has  the  very  good 
properties of dizziness prevention and small distortion  rate,  and 
provides a better rear-view field for the drivers. It  is  commonly 
recognized  by  the automobile  producing  plant of the nation, and 
will replace the old ones in the future,  and occupies the domestic 
market.
    Our  company  has  the  advanced international level production 
equipment,  imported  from  abroad  such  as  paint spraying line, 
dizziness prevention prism line,  projection molding machine, laser 
printer, optical coated machine.   We  newly  add  a self-contained 
transformer  house of  the  capacity of 800KVA,   two  sets  of air 
compressor  of 7 m3 and  complete  water  circulation  system,  one 
escalator, one boiler, and other repairing, maintenance facilities.
   The  company  has  88  staff,   including 3  senior  engineers, 
3engineers, 13 technicians,   It  possesses  a  complete  quality 
certification system,  has passed through ISO9002  Quality System
