    8.Outline of the project: Chinese  side is  to build a vacuum 
glass production line with annual output of 200,000 square meters 
by making use of the original water,  electricity, gas facilities 
and  site.  The variety  of the products:  common  vacuum  glass, 
toughened  vacuum glass,  sandwich-toughened glass,  L-E cladding 
vacuum  glass.  At present,  there are  no vacuum  glass products 
and  industrialized technology.  The function of the products and 
the production craft possess a leading position in the world.

    9.The project is subject to the foreign investment
   encouraged by the nation.

    10.Outline of Chinese enterprise: Qinhuangdao  Glass  Design 
and Research Institution owned by the whole people is engaged in 
the design and research of glassĄ˘ pottery and porcelain, brick, 
industrial and civilian  buildings,  and detecting of the  glass 
quality. The factory area is 12,100 square meters, workshop area 
is 5,800  square  meters,  and has 802  staff,  586  of which is 
technicians, average salary is RMB600/month
