2.Project content
The plating is a high-tech-ion accelerated method plating
technology, by which the surface of crafts can be coated a film of
hard metal Ti. Being coated only in golden color, white color and
colorful color by present Ti-gold plating machines in our country
and abroad, and for various requirements. We have developed
QTG-1 Vacuum ion plating machines for single-color plate on the
basis of formed Ti-gold plating machines, it fill a blank space of
Ti-coating market in the world . The project is divided into two
parts. Producting Vacuum ion plating machines;plating single-color
products.
3.Investment Plan and Source
The total investment is estimated to be USD 2.41 million, of
which the enterprise self-raising is USD 1.29 million; foreign
capital is USD 1.12 milion. The Chinese side will invest in forms
of equipment, land, technology, workshops and ready money. We
hope the foreign side will invest USD 1.1 million in form of cash.
4.Mmarket Analysis
Ti-plating is a new technology in decoration and plating that
started at the end of 80's .In some scopes and in some degree, Ti
has been substituting gold and silver in decoration and the
technology of Ti-plating replaced the technology of electroplating
and toast painting. According to statistics, the market of Ti-plating
plates, stainless steel plates is prosperous in our country. The
annual requirment of above two kinds plates is about 1 million
pieces to 20 million pieces. only 20%can be produced in our
country.
We can see and use Ti-plating products in all the fields in
ourdaily life. According to this new tendency, Ti plating Machines
were developed and the market space is big.When the first set of
ion plating machine appeared in the mid of 90's , almost 30
bussinessmen and plants wanted to buy it. Now it has been
exported 15 sets to America,Japan,South Korea and other
countries and regions. One set has been invested to Malaysis, the
joint 每venture has been set 每up to produce Ti-plating products.

Costs:raw materials occupy 65%,manuful fees occupy
30%,other is 5%,Reference unit price is about USD 1 million/set.
