    8. Profile of the project: The X-L and PP-C pipes are mainly used in
house-heating by means of floor radiation as well as water supply. With 
increasing the effective heat-radiating area, the house-heating technique 
has absolute superiority over conventional house-heating. Energy is saved 
and the heating fashion is agreeable. The floor temperature is homogeneous. 
The room temperature falls down increasingly from floor to ceiling, with 
comfortable feel of cool head and warm feet.

State.

    10. A brief introduction of Chinese party: Qinhuangdao Shanming Boiler 
Engineering Company was founded in 1989. It is an enterprise producing 
burglarproof doors, plastic-steel doors and windows, floor-radiating 
heaters, pipes of PP-R, PR-C and PEX, and concrete-testing instruments. 
   Its products are sold all over the country. The Company is going to 
enhance production scale and increases the market-occupying rate.
