    8.Profile of the project: This kind of saws is chiefly applied in
cutting of non-metals, hard and brittle materials e.g. stone concrete,
ceramics, glass and so on. The originality of the technology is to use 
iron instead of cobalt in the process and to produce iron-based or 
copper-based saws. Hence the production cost is reduced and the service 
life is increased. As a result, the carcinogenic risk to human bodies is 
avoided,   and the  cutting  noise  is  eliminated.   It  belongs to the 
world-advanced technology.    The plant will produce 6 million saws of
different types annually.The annual gross income will be over 100 million 
RMB,and the profit and tax will be up to 20 million RMB. The products are 
sought after in domestic and overseas. There will be a wonderful market
prospect.

    10.A brief introduction of Chinese party: Approved by Qinhuangdao 
city government, Qinhuangdao Science and Technology Investment Company
is a state-owned company, with 300 million RMB of registered capital. In
addition, the government invests 60-70 million RMB more into the company
every year. The company implements general manager responsibility under
the administrative committee. The Investment Company makes full use of all
