Building Material Group Group Company.

    2. Content of project
    Fully utilizing the advanced technology, to building high level 
on-level plated glass production line capable of producing 3.2 
million square meters high quality plated glass and 800 thousand 
loaded containers floating glass.

    3. Investment estimation
    The total investment of the project is USD 21.7 million, USD 
5.45 million in planned to be invited from abroad.

    4. Market analysis
    At present, the output volume of plated glass is over 100 
million square meters per year, and the number is getting bigger by 
10%per year. In China , the demand for planted glass increases by 
25%-30% per year. According to the estimation, in 2005,the 
demand for plated glass will reach 60 million square meters.

    5. Profit analysis
    After the project put into production, sales income USD 22.4 
million and profits USD 459 million will be realized per year. The 
investment profit rate of the project will be 21.18%, payoff period 
will be 5.18 years.

    6. Present Situation of Chinese enterprise
    Qinhuangdao Qinbo Building Material Group Company is a 
state-owned large company, mainly dealing with plated glass and 
plastic profile shaped making.

    7. Progress of the project
    The project's proposal has been approved. The compilation of 
the feasibility study report is under way.
