    7.Outline of the project: The project is to set up a production 
line by introducing reeling machine, dresser, steam weaver, 
melting furnace, processor, edge trimmer and key technology , 
combined with some equipment produced in China , mainly 
produces 7628 cloth , and also produces other model products, 
such as 7544,7533 in small batch, with annual output of  
5million square meters, about 1,000 tons. It's estimated that, 
with the development of information industry, and the up- rising 
demand for printed circuit plate, the demand for copper covered 
plate is about 150,000 tons in China, the supply is only 33,800 
tons now , it is in a big short.

    8.Outline of Chinese enterprise: Qinhuangdao Fiber Glass   
Plant was built in 1958, mainly produces fiber glass yarn and 
fiber glass cloth, the annual production capacity is 7,000 tons 
and 2,500 square meters respectively. The factory area is 
264,200 square meters, workshop area is 127,200 square meters. 
It has 4,000 staff, 250 of which is specialized technicians. 
The products are sold in 20 provinces, municipalities and 
autonomous regions. The annual export volume is USD3million.
