    8.Outline of the project: The motor accessories plant is to be    
removed to Hi-tech Park of QETDZ by introducing the foreign fund, 
and the production line is to be modernized.

    9.The project is subject to the foreign investment permitted  
by the nation.

    10.The outline of Chinese enterprise: Qinhuangdao Yanshan  
Motor Accessories Plant is an enterprise owned by the whole  
people, the factory area is 25,000 square meters, the workshop 
area is 8,000 square meters . It has 150 staff, 45 of which is 
technicians.

    Besides some universal facilities, the enterprise designes 
and produces over 30 sets of two-dimensional, three-
dimensional stretch bending machine, which is the first to be 
used in the nation, with a good market.
